The Role in a Few Words

You are the operational conductor of our events.
Your mission: to transform a concept on paper into a smooth, secure, and memorable reality. Involved from the preparation phase to master every detail, you are the guarantor of success on the ground, capable of managing the event independently on the day.

Type of collaboration

  • Format: Occasional support missions depending on the event calendar.
  • Status: Freelance / Self-employed or Casual contract.
  • Volume: Variable rhythm according to activity peaks (mainly from April to October).

Your Missions

1. Preparation & Briefing Phase (Pre-event)

  • Immersion: Participation in coordination meetings to integrate logistical, technical, and budgetary issues.

  • Site Visits: Technical analysis of sites (flow, access, electrical points, terrain constraints).

  • Planning: Assistance in developing schedules for setup, deployment of service providers, and coordination of teams (volunteers/staff).

2. Operational Phase (Event Day)

  • On-site Management: Coordination of service providers (sound, structures, catering) and supervision of setup/takedown teams.

  • Logistics & Flow: Management of signage, equipment, and ensuring the smooth flow of the route (athletes and spectators).

  • Technical Management: Immediate resolution of any logistical incidents or unforeseen events.

  • Adherence to Timing: Ensure strict adherence to the "back planning" and the order of the different phases of the event.

Your Profile

  • Experience: Proven experience in event management, ideally in the sports sector (managing races, tournaments, fan zones, etc.).

  • "Solution Oriented" Mindset: You see no problems, only solutions. You remain calm and clear-headed under pressure.

  • Autonomy & Decision: You know how to make quick decisions and take relevant initiatives without waiting for constant validation.

  • Anticipation: You have an eye for detail and the ability to anticipate risks (weather, bottlenecks, technical needs) before they arise.

  • Resourcefulness: A jack-of-all-trades on the ground, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Essential Criteria

  • Driving Licence B: Holder of a valid driving licence (frequent transportation of equipment and staff vehicles).

  • Availability: Willing to work intensively during the weekends and sometimes on public holidays, in line with the sports calendar.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to lead large-scale and varied sports projects.

  • Real decision-making autonomy on the ground.

  • A dynamic working atmosphere where teamwork and resourcefulness are key.

  • A flexible collaboration, ideal for complementing a freelance schedule or a main activity.
